Upriver Concrete & Construction, LLC is a General Contractor founded in 2023 by Mike Dichesare and Kevin McAdam. These two life long best friends (Really! Their moms are best friends too!) decided it was high time for them to combine their elite skill sets and bring the people of Skagit Valley honest, trustworthy and quality construction.

Hi, I'm Mike!

Growing up in Skagit Valley, I learned very early on how important your community is. In 2006, after serving in the United States Marine Corps, I returned home and started my career in Construction. I devoted my life to mastering many trades and became a Journeyman Millwright. After two decades of skill building I am now proudly serving my community with honest, reliable, and affordable home upgrades. If I am anything, I am precise, efficient, and trustworthy. When I'm not bringing your projects to life, you can find me coaching youth baseball, cheering on our cubs athletics, or fishing the Skagit.

Hi, I'm Kevin!

Being raised in Skagit County, I learned at an early age that community and family are key, and not just your family is family. I love this community, and I love being a part of it. I began my career in Construction and Carpentry in 2000 and was inspired by a future of building and creating. Coming from a family of master tradesmen, I have had a unique perspective on building as my background is a mix of generational knowledge and formal education. I completed my Carpentry Apprenticeship at Renton Technical College, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Carpentry. I have built everything from commercial and residential buildings, bridges, roads, and piers. From rough carpentry to finish carpentry, you name it, I can do it well. When I’m not building, you can find me shooting hoops on a local court, fishing our amazing river, helping out our community, or spending time with my beautiful daughter.
