Founded, owned and operated by two life-long best friends, Mike Dichesare, a USMC Veteran and Journeyman Millwright and Kevin McAdam, A Journeyman Carpenter. With over 40 years of combined experience in craftsmanship and carpentry, their mission is to deliver craftsman level building to the local community. Based in beautiful Skagit Valley, Washington, Upriver Concrete & Construction offers small works concrete services such as driveways, sidewalks, retaining walls, and patios as well as small construction projects like covered decks, porches, and storage sheds.
